In any calendar year, the Mortgagor(s) shall have the right, from time to time, to prepay amounts totaling not more than 20% of the original Principal Amount of this Mortgage, without notice or bonus. This privilege is not cumulative.
The Mortgagor(s) shall have the privilege, once in any calendar year, of increasing the amount of the monthly payment by not more than 20% of the amount of the monthly payment then payable under the Mortgage. This privilege is not cumulative.
Savings account interest is declared by the Board of Directors and paid on a monthly basis and is based on the lowest balance of the account during the preceding month * Please note that savings account rates are subject to change without notice.
GIC/RRSP/TFSA fixed term investment interest is payable annually or at maturity
